This is not a support desk for operational flight information. Nothing on PirepAero replaces the AIP, NOTAMs or official charts.
Privacy and your data
Requests under the GDPR: access to your data, correction, deletion, portability, objection, or a complaint about how we handle personal data.
Two of these you can do yourself, immediately, without writing to anyone: exporting your data and deleting your account are both in your account settings.
Write here only if the account pages cannot do what you need, or if your request is about someone else's handling of your data.
Content and safety
To report illegal content, use the notice form. It issues a ticket, starts a response deadline, and gives you a right of appeal against the decision. An email does none of that.
This address is for authorities contacting the operator under Article 11 of the DSA, for anyone who genuinely cannot use the form, and for security researchers reporting a technical vulnerability.
Content that breaks the community rules but is not illegal — spam, off topic, personal data, cost sharing, dangerous or outdated operational information — is best reported with the report button next to the content itself. It reaches the same moderation queue.
We do not read private conversations. A private message can only be moderated if one of its participants reports it.
Not for emergencies or operational matters
Nobody monitors these addresses in real time. Never use them for anything time critical, in flight or on the ground.
For aeronautical information use the AIP, NOTAMs and the official briefing. For an emergency, call the emergency services.
